Full coordination

From beginning to end and everything in between! It starts with a free initial meeting to tell us all about your dream wedding. We take that dream and turn it into a reality! We build the budget, wedding planning timeline and then assist with venue selection, vendor selection, wedding design & décor, and create timelines to ensure everything runs smoothly. Then on the day off, you go about enjoying your day with your love, while we work behind the scenes to ensure that your venue is setup just the way you like, your vendors know exactly what they need to do and where they need to be. Investment starts at $4,000.00

Month of Coordination

You love to design and plan your own day, we understand that! But we also know you don’t want to be the one running around on your wedding day ensuring that all the details are executed. Especially, when you want to be enjoying every moment with your love, family & friends. We meet with you a minimum of two months before your wedding day, review your planning details, gather vendor contact information to ensure we have every detail to coordinate for your wedding day. Following that we prepare the wedding day timeline, communicate with all your vendors and even setup simple décor items for you. On the day of the wedding, we make sure to tackle everything so you can relish in all the festivities of the day! Investment starts at $1,500

Multi-Day Month of Coordination

Planning a South Asian wedding with multiple events such as a Sangeet, Haldi, Mehndi Party, Wedding and Reception? With this package you can do all the pre-planning, then we can execute on the day of and bring your plans to life. We will setup meetings with you two months before your wedding events will start. We will prepare all the timelines, schedules and ensure your vendors have all the accurate information. On the day of, you will sit back and relax and we will deliver on your plans and bring it altogether. Investment starts at $2,000

Design and Décor Consulting

You need help with creating a beautiful theme for your wedding or special event. In this package, we will meet with you to gather details about your vision. Then we use this information to build several different inspiration boards of design ideas for you to select from. Once you choose the look you love, we start sourcing out vendors and pricing to get that look for your wedding or special event. Investment starts at $500

Wedding Planning Consulting

You just got engaged and you are lost and confused as to what to do next! That’s okay because we are here to support you through this. We set up a free initial meeting to get to know you better, then use our consulting services for everything from vendor selection, venue selection, design and décor planning and so much more. Investment starts at $150 for the first hour, then $50 for every consecutive hour after.
